Jeramy D. Templin has been working in the field of Song-Beverly Consumer litigation (California’s “lemon law”) since 2015. He started out as a litigation paralegal for a lemon law firm and decided to attend law school after developing a passion for consumer protection law. A vehicle is one of the largest purchases a person will make in their lifetime, and Mr. Templin is dedicated to making sure that manufacturers live up to the warranties they provide. Mr. Templin is not seeking a quick payday. His goal is to protect the rights of consumer and to make those who violate those rights comply with their obligations under the law.

Mr. Templin graduated law school summa cum laude in 2023. During law school, he was selected to represent his school in two moot court competitions. Mr. Templin has been a licensed attorney since 2023 (Bar # 351334) and has handled many lemon law cases since then.

Automobile manufacturers and dealerships frequently fail to live up the the warranties they provide. The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (“lemon law”) was enacted to address this problem, and Mr. Templin is well versed in this area of law.
